“While our annual Pet Expo is something we love to do for pets and their humans in our community, we are truly honored to have the ability to raise money for charities that help both people and animals,” says Corey Shagensky, DVM, owner of PAW. “In previous years, we have been fortunate to support initiatives as the Waggin’ for Wheels campaign to help purchase a new Animal Control vehicle for Avon and Canton, Connecticut Canine Search and Rescue (CCSAR), and establishing Paw Meadow. This year, Fidelco is our beneficiary.” Helping people through the pet human bond, Fidelco has worked to provide the blind and visually impaired increased with the use of guide dogs since 1960.
